Our painters at Court-Hampton Painting have painted many condos in Toronto and the GTA.
From painting small condominiums with stucco ceilings, to ones that take up an entire floor with all the expensive millwork, we’ve seen it all.
The process for painting a condominium is similar to our process for interior painting, but the relations are a little different.
The painting of a condominium is executed in the following steps:
- We meet with the concierge and arrange parking in the appropriate area.
- Our painters abide by the rules set by the condo board regarding work times ( 9am to 5pm is usually appropriate) and what can and can’t be painted in your condominium ( sometimes the inside of the front door is an issue).
- Court-Hampton Painting will execute the painting of your Toronto condominium as listed in the steps of our interior painting page.
- We clean up and take the appropriate elevator as set by the concierge along with any garbage produced from painting the condo.
